Yesterday's news coverage made me think of this post. A camera on the ground was shooting a guy standing on a small wall in front of a line police officers with their riot shields. When he turned around, guess what I saw on the pocket of his jeans? Immediately made me think of this thread.

ALSO, just an FYI. That double-headed eagle is a riff on the symbol used by the Russian monarchy. It's still used today, even being put on sports uniforms. A double-headed eagle has been used by others, but this one looks a lot like the Russian one.
