I was in high school at the time.
As a longtime Beatles fan I was starting to get into Double Fantasy.
Never heard the whole album yet, just what was played on the radio.
Suddenly and shockingly heard of Lennon's murder.
Was SURE (at the time) some crazed Beatles fan would AVENGE Lennon's murder.
After 40 years i'm guessing it ain't gunna happen.
Chapman now gets free bored, meals and is allowed to f his wife in prison...Comment
