Just bought my first home..AH WOO HOO!!

    Hey guys,

well I finally bought my first home,Here in Miami it's pretty hard to get a decent price on a single family home, but after looking for almost a year I found a steal

It's not a super hot spot or anything, but it's a decent neighborhood,I got it from $175K down to $159K for 4 bedrooms 2 baths and a garage 1700 SF.It's a foreclosure so it needs some attention, like paint,AC and some Bathroom updating. It got appraised for $220K as is and was told that after I finish putting the SS appliances I already bought and update the bathrooms that it will be atleast $250-$270K instant equity man here's a pic of it now
