    A good deal?

I saw an ad in craig's list for some star wars figures and the guy lived about two miles away. We met at a local store and he showed me the goods. There were 41 figures, mostly complete and in great condition and the Darth carrying case. About 80% of the figures have their weapons. He said he wanted $80 so I bought them. How did I do? If I did bad I'd still like to know.

    Hiya tx,

$2 per is pretty good in a wholesale sort of way. 3-5 per is about the going rate (again for a wholesale lot with the bulky and tribble-like Vader case) unless it is something real special like; . Can't stand those Vader cases- they can't hold figures, lose your accessories, and don't store in any position worth a damn. They also seem to multiply in the dark corners of my workspace. If you were to go the ebay route and list singly; some items might fetch a bit more than 5 if complete and clean. So.... a good haul.

ps - if you are into a flip, I would purchase or trade for a few of them. Shoot me a pm

    Have a good time

would be a good deal in my country... everything in u.s is so cheap im so jealous

theres nothing there that lights my fire in terms of outstanding or hard to find

still a damn good price though, you only have to look on ebay.co.uk to see what the jokers here ask for loose figures

id also be interested in trade

im wondering whats with that death squad commander, his chest looks odd pics a bit too far to see whats going on there

just an example of loose prices here for average figs
and remember its double in your money

In case you were wondering, the gun in the front is Chewbacca's bowcaster.

Nice lot. I would have bought it. Do Vader and Luke have their built-in lightsabers too?

With no guns and no case - the deal would be fair to good - the case is a plus - the weapons are worth as much as each figure so I'd say you did GREAT!
