In our home, I do all of the cleaning, and about 45% of the cooking.

I actually have whole conversations with my wife after asking her how her day was, and get this: I actually listen to the things she says!

I'm not really much for sports, admittedly. You'll NEVER catch me sitting at home on the couch with a can of beer in one hand, the remote control in the other, and glued to some game on TV.

When my wife and I first started dating 21 years ago (!), I brought her to my home and wasted no time showing her my STAR WARS toy collection. The thing that most impressed me was her saying how attractive she found my passion for the whole thing to be.

I knew instantly she was a keeper.

Then, when I got HER into STAR WARS, Batman, MEGO's and toys in general, there was absolutely no other woman for me!

I love that little filly more than life itself.
I... am an action figure customizer

I just found the Plaid Stallions site for the first time!!

And this quote from the Home page sort of leaps out for this thread!!

Sorry Ladies. . .as he says in the quote. . .Brian's taken (UGG - Have I got the apostrophe in the right place?)

My passions include the 70's, trade magazines, seedy taverns, shlocky old televison, cartoons, bad sci fi, bum wine and gas station hotdogs. Sorry ladies, I'm taken.

I didn't even match one on their list. I'd probably end up with a chipmunk.

I volunteer in a lot of organizations but don't really see it as a hobby....more of giving back to the community.

I have always played sports but never got into time consuming sports like golf that takes hours because I do not want to miss out with time with my family.

I can do some serious cooking (especially on the barbie) and my wife loves it.

My wife doesn't really care for my collections too much but she does appreciate that I'm passionate about it and although she thinks I'm a bit eclectic in what I collect, she thinks it is a very appealing quality.

I don't know if this is considered a hobby or not but I am an avid reader. I probably knock out a good 10-20 books a year which is a lot considering that I have 3 kids and fit into what little spare time I have. My book choices range from very serious subject matters (Just finished "Beautiful Boy" and the "Last Lecture"), to pure enjoyable fiction, to biographies (Just finished Jack Kirby, King of comics) or nonfiction literature (1776). My wife finds it amazing that I can answer about 75-80% of all Jeopardy questions but I really attribute to the little tidbits of data I pick up from constant reading.

For me, I just like it when guys like sports in general they don't have to play. I grew up with 3 brothers, so watching sports is natural to me.

Guys that like action figures and sci-fi are sexy too!

And don't forget the guys that can cook!
                      I think I'm in love!!

Unfortunately I can't carry a tune in a bucket. I do cook on the grill (if that counts) but will do the little things to help with dinner. I also wash dishes, vacuum, dust, fold laundry and of course do all the outside yard work.
