The food looks awesome and I am intrigued by the pińarita. Do you have a recipe you want to share? I had never heard of the drink and when I looked it up, there was a lot of variance in the recipes I could find. I'm a big fan of the pińa colada, but margaritas tear my stomach up. Feels like I swallowed a punching fist if I drink one. But, I imagine a mixture of the two might mitigate that so I a really want to give it a try.
