Just saw this. Thanks for sharing your story... so important to humanize this for all of us. I really appreciate your openness, and am delighted to hear that you are recovering. My plan is to not get it. We'll see how that goes.
Are there recommended therapies, breathing exercises, or anything you've been told to do to help keep all of your systems and organs healthy?

Just seeing this, John. Glad you are doing better. This is something not to take lightly. I lost a friend a few days ago after his month long fight in ICU. I have other friends who have lost family. Keeping positive thoughts going for you.It's all good!Comment

Yesterday was day 33 I believe. It was the best I felt since early March. Been back to working out for a couple weeks and the heavy breathing has helped tremendously.
I am so sorry to hear about your friend. People don't realize how random this virus is. All these foolish people in a rush to open things up.
I was in a house with 3 other adults. I have no health issues, don't smoke, drink or use drugs and I got sick. The most physically fit person in the house.
My point? You have no idea who will get sick, who is just a carrier and who will die.
Please, every one reading this, be careful. Stay safe. I know it's uncomfortable, financially difficult, but being alive is most important.LOOK
