Mid January and Thanksgiving week were the two best of all the times I have gone to Orlando. I am a Universal fan more than Disney. In January the weather was beautiful at about 65-70 degrees and there were no lines at all. It was so slow one day that instead of leaving the men in black ride and going outside they opened the control room doors and let my family and another cut through to get back on the ride. We went on like 15 times, (until my wife said she had enough, cuz me and the kids could have gone til the park closed). November was very similar but was a little warmer as I remember. The lines were longer early in the week but by Wednesday we were alone in the park. Even when it was "crowded" at Disney we waited 5 minutes for the GM test track and 3 minutes for space mountain so there was still almost no one there. New Year's is very busy, but two weeks after there is almost no one there. We gave the kids a trip for Chrismas one year and went the third week of January and it was great.
