The first film I saw him in was The Black Hole, then Alligator. Later I enjoyed discovering his performances in other films like Reflections in a Golden Eye. He never really stopped working, but "Jackie Brown" gave him a late career renaissance... he seemed very humbled and appreciative of the ride. Even when he was in material that was beneath him, I always liked him as an actor and as a person.Comment
