I was happy to hear it was the Celtics and not one of the usual suspects.

New England does have one team that can't seem to win when it counts. The New England Revolution of the MLS. Lost the championship two years running now.

They were even winning the last championship game and then blew it.

Way to go Celt's!! First 3 Superbowl wins in 4 years for the Pats, then the Red Sox finally breaking the "curse"...and now the Celtics first win since 1986(back when I use to watch Them).Go New England!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It certainly doesn't suck to be a New England sports fan right now. Almost thought about going in to see the rally tomorrow, but they estimate more than 500,000 are gonna show up. I will stay as far away as possible rather than face all the crowds.

I was rooting for the Celtics. I like Garnett, Allen and Pierce, and as a Cavs fan, I really enjoyed the series they played and thought the Celtics really played the game the right way. Plus, I didn't want to see the Lakers win after that ridiculous Gasol trade.
