1. Breast
2. Thigh
3. Leg
4. Wing
That being said, one of my favorite chicken dishes involves skinless, boneless, thighs and a bottle from my favorite Trader ( No, not traderbynature):
I usually do 1 Trader Joe's bottle per pack of thighs. Doubled it up this time. Let it marinade over night, then some Direct/Indirect action on the Grill.
3 minutes per side on Direct, then repeat with Indirect.
You are transparent; I see many things... I see plans within plans.Comment

as for me.
1) Legs
2) Wings
3) tie: Beast & Thighs
Used to like breast, but now it seems they are a work to eat!! Thighs, lately been into them, but prefer my legs & wings.Comment

1. Fried legs - Popeyes or KFC
2-4 Tie:
In no particular order: wings - smoked, maybe with some frying, then sauced; breast - whatev...so versatile; thighs fried - Popeyes or KFC.
Last weekend I bought 4-5 lbs of thighs for $.99 / lb. I smoked em on Sunday, and then reheated 1-2 each morning after boning & skinning, along w/ peppers & onions. I got a week's worth of lunches for about $7 total. Yesterday I made the mistake of opening my thermos when coworkers were nearby, and I had a crowd asking what smelled so awesome.Comment
