    Yes, another food thread

    Just went to Texas Roadhouse yesterday ......
    One just opened up in my town a little while ago --- and I thought i'd try it out ...

    Pretty damn good, imo

    I'd call them Outback's evil twin

    Since the closest Outback to me is about 35 miles away, I think TR is going to be my new steak and beer haunt.

    Their pork ribs are extra special ......

    Prices are kind of high, but not through the roof.

    Anyone ever try this place ?

      it's really good,the one here in Miami just closed down though,there's like 10 Outbacks within a 15 mile radius

          Outbacks are great but the 2 closest to me are 35 miles and about 45 miles ......

          Why they don't have an Outback in the Poconos, I have no idea

              Texas Roadhouse is good.

              I really don't go out much for steak anymore. My wife can cook an awesome Filet Mignon for less than the price of one of those flank steaks they serve at one of those joints.
