Hi all

I have been reading a lot of posts here and talking in a few here and there, and I've found that a lot of members here have some pretty interesting avatars for them selfs. So I thought it might be neat for members to post here about there avatar picture, like what it is, where it comes from, and what it represents to you or why you chose it.

All start off:
My avatar is a blue cat drawn in the style of my comic Kat-Nap, dubbed the cobalt kat drone (which is actually a kind of a nick name for another character I'm working on). The markings on his face are logos and faction identifications from various projects I'm working on. He's blue because that my favorite color, and he's a cat cause I like cats. I made the avatar in flash and colored it in photoshop, and it has become my face on the internet. It represents the things I like and are most proud of.

Mine's Punkin the wonder Shih Tzu. She's a sort of Katrina refugee. The Humane Society called us since we've adopted before because they needed room for rescues from Louisiana and Mississippi when Katrina was hitting them.

Zira--because I love her character and I am such a fanatic of the original Planet of the Apes movie...Plus, I added hair to a Mego Zira, repainted her face to remove her lipstick and eyebrows...took a quick shot (not the best, admittedly)...but in this lucky shot, my Mego looks like the Zira from the original movie!!

Mine is a caricature of me over the Mego logo done on Illustrator...and it mimics a Mego head with its neck plug.

I also did the siggy picture of the Mego shark with a Mego Aquaman head in its jaws.

for a long time I had Super Mario with a lightsaber, but just a few days ago I changed it to Skeletor ... it's the latest He-Man animation cel I picked up.

The robot because........

1. Robots are cool
2. He was from the first Tom Baker Dr Who episode. And Tom is one of my favorites.
3. We look alot alike. Same charming smile, Steely eyes and especially during the summer when I shave my head the same bare dome of a noggin.

(I'd rather see skin then Grey any day!)
