Well, my friend Bruce gave me the Uhura/Sulu Mego set.

'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."
They made toys from "Message from Space"? I love that! So many Japanese toys of that era displayed such advanced engineering and creativity. Great pick up.

Yeah that jacket is freaking amazing! Is it an original or one of your unbelievably accurate replicas?
Thank you. I could never afford an original. And this replica was a real stretch and took an incredible amount of eBay sales and explaining to my Wife.
I can’t imagine how much an original ESB crew coat would cost. I know the quality of that replica coat, alone, had to make it expensive...much less the ESB aspect.
Nice Popinica! How tall is the little robot? Similar to the size of the figures that came with Mattel's Galactica spaceships?
Thanks. Looking at his outfit and dopey hair, I think he's supposed to be Aaron, one of the two hot shot pilots. Good eye on the Battlestar Galactica comparison. Forgot about those guys.
You are transparent; I see many things... I see plans within plans.

I can just picture you writing an essay like Ralphie and turning it in to your wife...
"Why I need an official ESB replica crew jacket with authentic patches by Andy Raab." accompanied by a giant fruit basket!

Ha, I knew it! I thought the body proportions and articulation looked very similar to the Mattel figures, but seeing them side to side, the similarity is even more striking. And hmmm, Popy and Mattel had a business relationship in that era, so coincidence? I think not.

Here is My Christmas Present to Me...;D. The figures are Cotswold repro's but the LJN Mr. Action outfits are originals. I can really consider the outfits as a "Gift" as the ebay seller I got them from listed them as a BIN for an extraordinary great price!!! Yes I will be removing the outfits from packaging. For me this is a kind of "Flashback" to Christmas past. My parents were good at buying presents this way. I would get a high priced item like a GI Joe and then a slew of the Knock-off related items to just knock the whole Christmas thing outta the park. Yep Ma & Pa were the Greatest Parents and I miss them dearly.
