My shoes are mostly bought for running. The newest pair gets most of the miles Mizuno Wave Inspire 4
the next newest still is primarily for training but I will walk in them - Mizuno Wave Inspire 3
the next (another Wave Inspire 3) is primarily for walking, and any other pick up sport i happen to get in.
the next is demoted to lawn care and rare other use. New Balance 851

I also have a pair of racing flats for one mile to half marathon races. Saucony Grid
My old racing flats Asics Gel which are a lovely yellow are retired but pulled out once a year to race the halloween 5k dressed as the flash
