we watched the Highwaymen with Kevin Costner and Woody harrelson. i liked it but it is a little slow moving, 8/10

Got through 1 hour of Tarantino's --- "Once upon a time..." and had to take a break...

I dunno if I like it or not … doesn't seem Tarantino-ish so far.

Missing the LONG stretched out witty dialogs (not counting the Pacino scene)

Guy who played Steve McQueen was SPOT-ON in the Playboy Club scene

Will continue watching just cause it's Tarantino

I want to like Tarantino movies. I found a lot to like in IB and when I watch his films, I'm invested 50-75 percent.

But there's always that moment in every one of his films when it becomes just... too Tarantino--too gory, too cartoonish, too vulgar, too much. All the wit and irony and style are washed away, and I'm left thinking, "I've had enough of this self-indulgent BS."

Take Reservoir Dogs for instance (Stealers Wheel scene)

Yea a bit gruesome but not out control

Same with letting D'Jango's balls free in D'Jango Unchained

Tarantino takes you right up to the point of no return and then STOPS
