Has anyone checked these out? Waxwork Records, the label that presses mostly horror movie soundtracks on vinyl, has their own line of comics with an accompanying 7" record. The record contains original music meant to sync with the reading of the comic. It's not quite Power Records, and it's not quite EC Comics, but it's sort of a modern, cinematic blend of those elements.
I have the first issue, and reading a horror anthology comic to an original score is a unique experience.
They also give you a digital download copy of the record, so you don't need to own a turntable, which is nice.
The second issue just went up for sale.
