Sid & Mart Krofft to receive Lifetime Achievement award at Daytime Emmies

    https://www.bleedingcool.com/2018/02...me-emmy-award/

At the upcoming Daytime Emmy Awards, the Kroffts will be honored with a Lifetime achievement awards for their contribution to children's television. The BC article has a little retrospective of their career and I am sure there will be lots of clips during the award presentation during the show.

^I agree! They RULED Saturday morning TV in the 70s. They really deserve it!

I don't know if anything else was put out on DVD, but the complete (original) "Land of the Lost" series is out there...

Bravo! They are definitely worthy of the honor for their contributions. It would be very hard to imagine the 70s without Sid and Marty's shows.

^Most OOP now, sadly. Lidsville is $$$ but so trippy and fun. Of course, I have a soft spot for Charles Nelson Reilly.

Lotsa stuff on YouTube. I have eps of PufNStuf, Lidsville, Sigmund, Bugaloos on VHS from when the Family Channel was airing "The World Of Sid and Marty Krofft" on the weekends in the 90s. I've also managed to find bootlegs of some Krofft Supershow, The Lost Saucer and Far Out Space Nuts. And I have the 2 VHS tape set of the "World of Sid and Marty Krofft" released by Rhino when the shows were airing on TVLand. And I recorded the Nick At Nite "Pufapalooza" marathon and "Land Of the Lost" when the Sci-Fi channel aired them too. So lotsa Krofft at my house every Saturday morning!
