I love chilaquiles with Oaxaca cheese and chile verde. Have you ever had them with chorizo? Yum!

The only ingredient you mentioned that I don’t have chilaquiles with are flour tortillas, since chilaquiles themselves are cut up corn tortillas. But hey, the more the merrier...

I like waffles and crepes. I recall going to Pot au Feu and also some other creperie in Quebec and having some fantastic savory crepes.

Most of the time, I really like pancakes and bacon or sausage. Eggs are tricky in diners, b/c I'm picky about how I like my eggs. Sometimes I'll get an omelet. I like hash browns too.
