The only thing I put salt on is corn on the cob. And pepper I use sparingly on a few things. I try to either enjoy the natural taste of food, or season it properly when I cook it (which could include salt, depending on the dish), rather than afterwards. I think I'm just rebelling against my parents, who put tons of salt and pepper on everything, without even trying the food first.
