Anybody else having PS4 issues?

I tried to trouble shoot online and got nada. For the last 2 days I have no drop down screen to access Netflix or youtube from the tv & video menu. Anybody else with this issue?

I've had a similar issue, but it did eventually come down. It's almost like you need to wait a bit for everything to load before it will show up.
