    My Blood Pressure/Pulse readings...

The result of walking to what amounts to a marathon each week. Readings starting from walking around the house to resting in the couch...

Just took a physical with my personal doctor, same readings...and blood works came back great. No high cholesterol, no diabetes.

Had a colonoscopy last year, nothing. My heart is a well-oiled machine, ha...

No back pains, no knee pain, no hip pains, nada...I never get headaches either.

Had an In N Out Double Double meal with fries and a Diet Coke yesterday...it was about 1000 calories, but I burnt that off walking 6 miles, half of it inclined hills...going about 3-4mph...a nice steady pace. So the burger meal was basically calorie free...

I'm addicted to walking now, if I don't...I can't eat the foods I love. No walking, no burgers...just skinless chicken, veggies, and salad...boring, lol.

To think I was bedridden for a year (2004-2005), unable to walk. I remember going to the local Oakland Mini Mego Meet, with four other members...and struggling to walk the few steps up to Sharry's house, back hurting, heart pounding, out of breath, and sweating...was much heavier too. It just amazing how my strength and stamina has changed since then.

My advice and massage, it's never too late. If I can do it, so can you...

And my journey is far from over....will keep on trucking...

You are already a stud, Damien...

Double Double with fries....1060 calories. I easily burn that off trail walking...

Will soon be hitting the weights again.

        Thanks, bro.

Congratulations Hector! Nothing beats taking care of that heart as we get older. Great numbers!!! That only comes from tremendous discipline. Great work.

              Thanks, guys.

My marathon walk a week is not as incredible as it sounds...

I walk four times a week. A typical trail walk of mine (there are lots of different ones) is about six miles. 6x4=24 miles...close to a marathon (26.2 miles).

It just adds up, that's all...

I just don't wanna star in TLC's My 600 pound Life...

I do watch that show, I always root for those people to lose weight...

Great news and inspirational to all. Since I am turning 50 this year, I came up with a slogan, 50 by 50.
I lost 25 already by just trimming back the calories and hitting gym again.
Since my birthday is the end of this month, I won't hit 50 by 50 but will get it later on.
                    Keep it up all
