If you could ship yourself 1 item back through time what would it be ?

Time period would be mid 70's (Mego Museum's most loved decade)

The idea is making a ton of money by inventing it

At first I was thinking about a computer but i'm not sure if 70's tech could figure out what makes it tick.

I read an interesting book called The first fifteen lives of Harry August where when the main character dies, he re-lives his life but remembers his past which is now the future. He takes care of money right away (by betting on sports) but the story get much more interesting when he tries to make the world a better place and seeks out others in the same predicament.

Well, a smartphone or computer would be kinda useless without the Internet to hook up to...otherwise it's a fancy paperweight.
I think I'd send a history book with lots of highlights, tips, and margin notes. Advice written in the liner notes. And a photo of my future self pasted inside the front cover with advice to straighten up my bad habits while I was still young!
Better yet, maybe I'd just send a letter with details telling me which decisions went south!
