Had the same thing happen to me. Won a buy it now auction late at night, paid right away and then the next day my money was refunded. Contacted the seller and I was told item had been lost. However, it was listed for a higher buy it now price that day and it was bought by a fellow member within a few minutes of being listed. Figured out seller was contacted about the low price and deal was made struck between the two. I contacted seller again but got no response and eBay did nothing after contacting them on what happened. Still bitter to this day!

it takes away from the fun man...and the saddest part is that usually only happens to me with mego related items , so chances are I know the person who said something and man I hope Karma gets him big time
