I'll tell you a headscratcher... Don Rickles! The man is 90, but to look at him when he rubbed shoulders with Dean Martin and the rat pack, you would think he would be much older. He's still kicking.

He is still going strong because Don was awesome in Kelly's Heroes and Get Smart!

Good actors on this list, especially Connery!

Heck, Roger Moore is the same age thereabouts, right?

He just seemed younger than Sean in 1973, as Bond. I think.

I was recently thinking Anthony Hopkins is getting up there.

Michael Caine is doing things wonderfully...

Not an actor. But to me, far more important than any performer, artist, or filmmaker out there, is Maestro John Williams. At 84 years old, it's remarkable that we are blessed with this living legend who continues to surprise, dazzle, and move me to tears. He writes music every day, and I hope he has lots more to share with us. With his contemporaries all for the most part departed (Jerry Goldsmith, John Barry, Basil Poledouris, and James Horner), every new Williams score we get is that much more a rare and special gift. His music has scored everything from blockbusters, royal weddings, Olympics, National celebrations, classic Television, and Monday Night Football. John Williams is an International Treasure, who will I believe be remembered centuries from now.

Indeed. One of our last truly great composers. Just as much a part of the movie as any actor.

Well, if we are talking about legendary film composers, we also need to include Ennio Morricone, still kicking at 88 years old.

Since Gordie Tapp just passed, it made me lookup another country Legend and I see that Tommy Hunter, known as "Canada's Country Gentleman" is still with us at 79. A staple in my household when I was growing up.

There's a week left in 2016. Are you guys trying to jinx it for these folks?
If I had only spent a tenth of the time studying Physics that I spent learning Star Wars and Baseball trivia, I would have won the Nobel Prize.
