    r.i.p. peter vaughan

    died today aged 93.starred in lots of 60's i.t.c. programmes like the avengers ,danger man,man in a suitcase.was in game of thrones,porridge lots of 60s/70s horrors.

      was he the ogre in time Bandits? I never knew that. 93 is a good long life. I am glad they got to finish his storyline in GOT

        Ach, I recall many performances--Die,Die My Darling, the Avengers, The Remains of the Day. A wonderful character actor, RIP.

            Along with "Game of Thrones" I remember him best as the ogre from "Time Bandits" and Mr. Helpmann in "Brazil".
