We got our first snow of this year in the night from Monday to Tuesday. It's still there but it could be a little more for my taste. I hope it will snow a little more the next days.
Yesterday it was snowing all day long but today there was a break.

I didn't even know England got snow anymore.

Thought the Gulf Stream kept it warm, humid and wet

we haven't had much since 2010 in december that year it snowed at the beginning of the month and then froze and didn't thaw until january but we don't get it like we used to no.

I was there for that! It was nuts...we were stranded in London with no outgoing transport available. Luckily we had a flat booked for nearly the whole month.

Christmas in London with snow everywhere is magical.

No snow here yet. I do love it when it snows but I hate the cold so much! So far all we have is a cold wind that just cuts right through you.

Weather here in NE Pennsylvania isn't like it used to be.

I live pretty close to a bunch of ski lodges.

Unlike back in the old days today the snow machines are constantly on.

We still get a ton of snow where I live...lake effect you know. But it doesn't start up until January most of the time...we always seem to have a wet, muddy Christmas.

Yes, almost nothing left over here, too. Hopefully there is a chance to enjoy "white Christmas" this year.
