Great choice with Fearless Vampire Killers! Yeah, remember the Andy Williams song lyric "There'll be scary ghost stories, and tales of the glories of Christmases long long ago!"?

yeah i think it's the spookiest time of year although the harvest festival was the most gruesome centuries ago when a person was chosen to be sacrificed then killed cut up into pieces and the parts buried in the soil to make sure the crops were good the next year.

Clint Eastwood movies seem to be what I binge on right after Christmas.

lol You forgot half of October, then November and December. Those mid-to-late '70s blizzards were doozies. Having snow for both Hallowe'en and Easter feels like robbery to a kid.

Last year, between Christmas and New Years, we killed nine hours on the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I think this year, we'll add the Hobbit trilogy and overdose.

I saw this story this morning. If you do decide to watch the Waltons. This is the kind of topic you will see tackled through their eyes. https://www.yahoo.com/style/holocaus...053304233.html Not just a lovy dovy kind of show but a complete history lesson. Great awareness to keep things in check no matter which perspective you look from.

Most likely for me, it's Westerns, Westerns, Westerns, Cavalry vs Indians, etc etc, pretty much a StarzEncore Westerns channel marathon binge and of course Star Trek, but that's all year long.
