Who (what) Is Your L-E-A-S-T Favorite Monster?

Only picks that most/many people like and are popular please ...

Was never a fan of the Mummy

Thought he was probably the most boring monster ever created

When God was handing out Monster scariness, I think the Mummy was in the bathroom.

Honorable mention goes to Creature From the Black Lagoon.

I don't understand why he's so popular -- he's basically a guy in a wetsuit with a rubber mask that looks like a fish.

If I seen him in real life I would think -- "that looks like a guy in a wetsuit with a rubber mask that looks like a fish" ---

Clowns --- Just don't think they're scary or creepy ... It's a guy with makup on and a wig ... That describes Divine and i'd be way more afraid of him than any clown

I would probably say The Invisible Man. I like the original Whale movie and the novel itself, but of all the classic Universal Monsters, he's the one I'm least into.

A generic mummy, unless it's Chris Lee barreling at you, is pretty "meh." Like-wise a voodoo zombie.

The invisible man would be terrifying at first meeting, and if he's as crazy and clever as he should be, there wouldn't be a second meeting.

Least favorite? Most any slasher or homicidal maniac except for Mr. Hyde. Least plausible--which seems to be your criteria about the Gillman suit--that's a whole other discussion.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

I don't care for any of the slasher type monsters....Freddy, Jason or Mike Myers....all boring. I do like the Creature though, he's just cool. Invisible man was never a monster to me so I don't even consider him

^But in the Whale film, he's a murderer and terrorist--doesn't that make him just as monstrous as the Phantom of the Opera, Mr. Hyde, or even Frankenstein's Monster?

As for the Gillman, I love the first film. I think it's a perfect creature-feature. I like the suit, I think it's sort of elegant.

Definitely worse out there but I remember seeing the Jeepers Creepers 1 in the theater and thinking he looked really cheesy. In number 2 he looked much better mainly due to the slicker looking skin.

Any of the gory slasher types. Not my thing.
Of the classic monsters, I'd say the Mummy.

I like Ardeth Bey/Imhotep. IMO most other mummy movies are voodoo zombie rip-offs, and Lee's Kharis is the best of them.

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
