Bing is overriding Google for me

I try to search from the Google page, and it searches with Bing. It's annoying and I can't change it for some reason. I have Firefox set to search with Google, and it's still having results from Bing. Anybody know how to fix it?

I had this happen to me with Google a couple of months ago. Something that Windows' 10 update screwed with it. Not sure with Firefox but I would have a look online and see if there have been similar issues. There seems to be a few likely causes..

Google is banned in China, so it was weird having to search with Bing while I was there, and that so many website are blocked there, including Facebook and Twitter.
