    New monster painting WIP

It's that time of year again when my monster mojo gets all worked up!

I want to complete at least a couple new portraits in time for Halloween.

First up is the Werewolf of London...here's a WIP halfway through the underpainting. Once all the values are established I'll begin laying down more colors.

Nice stuff, Dwayne. It's always good to see artists working old school instead of digital.
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

Beautiful! Reminds me of the Famous Monsters of Filmland covers.

You know, with just the one color added, it reminds me of old children's book illustrations that used minimal color. And I mean that as a compliment.

As this page came up, I just saw the chin and lower lip, and I knew exactly who you were painting. Can't wait to see it come along!
