Perfect casting for your favorite comics character?

I'm watching an old comedy tonight, and it had me wondering, who would you choose to play your favorite comics (strip or book) character?

I'd have liked to see character actor Eric Blore as the Penguin, battling a 1940s Batman. My second choice would be Buster Crabbe as Aquaman.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

Biggest missed opportunities in live action comics casting:

Sean William Scott as Guy Gardner
    Casper van Deen as Daredevil
    Patrick Warburton as Shazam
    Kevin Sorbo as Superman
    Liam Neeson as Deathstroke
Gerrard Butler as Kraven the Hunter

Just a few that came to mind. Can't wait to see everyone's suggestions.
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

Instead of Aquaman, Jason Momoa should've been Sub-Mariner/Namor instead, that would've been perfect casting.

I know a lot of people like Gregory Peck for the Batman, but I kinda like Cary Grant better. Seems like he could pull off the lazy playboy Bruce Wayne and switch on the kinda nuts vigilante pretty quick.

I've been beating the "Sean William Scott as Guy Gardner" drum for years as well.

Warburton should have been Captain Marvel. Even in a series of commercials for someone. It's a shame.

                          Other picks:

                          John Cussack as Peter Parker/Spider-Man
Ray Liota as Captain Pike in the Trek reboots (although I really like Bruce Greenwood, Ray Liota looks a lot like Jeffery Hunter)
Bruce Greenwood (him again) as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic
                          Clint Walker as Superman
Gregory Peck as Batman (based on Year One and that fake Orson Welles project from a few years back)

Late 1950s/early '60s Rock Hudson as Superman. It warmed my heart when Ilya Salkind said the same on the commentary for one of the Superman movies he produced.
