    Bigfoot preliminary sketch

I'm still working on my Bigfoot coloring book project. About half the pages are completed. Today I decided to start work on the cover, which will be painted.

Here's one possible idea...an extreme closeup. Right now I'm just playing with ideas for the face based on eyewitness accounts.

      ^Glad you like it!

Wait til you see the finished book! It's mostly state by state look at all the different bigfoots across North America.

Dwayne I think it would be fascinating if you did a illustrated recollection of your encounter. I have to say that would be amazing.

I don't think my encounter was long enough for an entire book. One of the problems with my encounter is I was so young when it happened. Sometimes I still question what I saw. I remember at the time thinking it looked like Chewbacca with a less hairy face but that was only for lack of a better reference. My dad did not at the time believe me and still doesn't to this day. He thinks I saw a bear or something else. He simply refuses to accept even the possibility these creatures exist.

              Love it!

Once you're done all the art, have you considered doing a Kickstarter for printing cash/project promotion?

Cool! Sounds like a fun project you are involved with. Funny thing about reports in my state (RI), there are not many sightings, but there have been more than one white haired Bigfoot reported here, years apart I believe.

Not necessary...the printing costs aren't too bad. I already got a quote for around $1 apiece for 500 copies. That's on bright stock with a full color cover and square binding.

This looks really cool, very nice drawing talent.

As far as Bigfoots being real, I'm 50/50 but more skeptical because of the many hoaxes, I was vacationing in Maine 3 years ago and went hiking on trails and I heard those distant echoing calls, I did some tree knocks but no response.

I sent an email to the Finding Bigfoot guys, Matt Moneymaker and Cliff Barackaman, and told them that Maine would
be a cool place to visit researching Bigfoot, they've never been there, but we're already to head out there because
of the many stories and emails sent to them about Maine.

They went there and were very pleased with the results and they definitely want to go back.
