I was awakened by Con Ed Electric Utilities 3AM this morning. They pulled up 2 trucks accross the street and revved up their motors and have been doing Lord knows what for hours. I have not even gone back to sleep. There's just too much damn noise! All I can do is just get ready for work and go in early.
