For each James Bond actor, what was your favourite film?
Lazenby — A bit weird, and he wasn't a great fit for Bond, but I didn't hate On Her Majesty’s Service
Moore — The Spy Who Loved Me (my second favorite Bond movie)
Dalton — I think I liked the second one more, but I can't really remember either that well. I liked Dalton as Bond, but I think as a kid my brain was altered after seeing Die Hard and Lethal Weapon and these two last 80s Bonds seemed so dull and hokey. I think too many of the old bond producers and creative people were still on board to re-invent Bond movies properly.
Brosnan — I honestly can't remember liking any of these or caring for Brosnan that much. Seemed like a great casting idea that happened a few years too late. They added all kinds of bigger and splashier action scenes (no more sliding down the mountain on a cello case), but they didn't work for me as epic action movies or as classic Bond films.
Craig — I actually enjoyed Casino Royale most. The series badly needed a makeover, and I think they made a lot of interesting changes. I actually wasn't nuts Skyfall. I liked some of it, but it went on for days and I'm not sure I care about Bond's past or internal personal problems. I think we have too much of that in all the other action movies already. In "Casino" they touched on Bond's humanity a bit, but Skyfall spent a lot longer on that stuff, but still ended up feeling vague and sort of meaningless to me. Also, once I was done I wondered if the plot even made any sense (which, to be fair, is fairly consistent and classic feature of most Bond movies).
Connery: Goldfinger. Pretty much the perfect Bond movie. The introduction to the Astin Martin, perhaps the coolest car besides batmobile to ever hit the screen.
Moore: Live and Let Die. Probably because I lived in the Bronx at the time of release , and loved the idea that Bond was in the Bronx. Throw in the great theme song, the alligator scene and boat chase. Also the JW. Pepper character, who also is in Man with the golden gun, ( my close second fav Moore film)
Lazenby in OHMSS for the obvious one and done. But is one if my top Bond flicks of all time.
Dalton: License to Kill. Both his films made during the lean Bond years. This one a nudge better than the other
Bronson: Goldeneye. He brought the Bond swagger back. His others wound up being watered down with some great Bond moments. The opening of Golden eye was fantastic.
Craig: Skyfall. I love casino royale. This one his best. quantum of solace was a miss, Spectre was ok.
That poster should have just been the main focus of the movie. You watch the credit sequence with the new Bond song, and then 85 minutes of just looking at this poster, then 10 minutes of the best Christopher Lee and Herve Villechaize scenes and the end credits run over photos of the female stars. Instant improvement to that movie!
It looks like the same guy that painted the above poster also did the illustrations for my 1975 social studies schoolbook.
That must be an amazing looking textbook, because:

those would be some textbooks! Although I guess with the decline of illustration on books and movie posters, it's entirely possible that McGinnis resorted to illustrating covers for primary school textbooks, although I doubt it?
