Steak and eggs are great, but I gotta have the fattest steak there is.
Fat meaning FAT (not thick)
I think it's chuck
It's literally 1/4% fat --- and fried up till the fat has a nice crunch.
I noticed most supermarkets (around here), don't carry chuck anymore.
The ones they do have are always too lean.Leave a comment:

My breakfast is similar, but I prefer bacon over sausage, and I like hasbrowns over fries.I'm gunna treat myself to a nice ma & pa Diner breakfast a little later on this morning.
Wondering, what to order...
I think i'm gunna get my usual .......
Plenty of coffee (of course)
Three eggs over easy .......
Side of some sausages
home fries with extra onions
and a side of flapjacks
What's YOUR fav greasy diner breakfast ?
I also like plain corn flakes or cheerios with sliced bananas and blueberries.
When I'm in the mood for Mexican, I go with huevos con chorizo or huevos rancheros...with refried beans, and of course, flour tortillas.
I like my coffee with honey and cream, and a tall glass of orange juice.Leave a comment:

I remember a little cafe in Big Bear CA called Boo Bear's. They had a Bay shrimp and sour cream omelet to die for!
But usually when I go to a diner, I like anything involving pancakes or waffles (except Belgian)
, link sausage, and sometimes a Denver omelet.
