All of this is coming from Radar online. Is that a site that can be trusted? And how did they get that information? Better yet, why wouldn't Jackson have been prosecuted just on possession alone? I don't believe that story. The police department will have to vouch for it before I believe it. Websites can say anything and I have a hard time believing the police department would let him walk if he had possession of all that. It makes no sense. I'm calling that completely bogus.

Update (June 21, 10:10 A.M.): A representative from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department gave Vanity Fair the following statement regarding the documents:

Some of the documents appear to be copies of reports that were authored by Sheriff’s Office personnel as well as evidentiary photographs taken by Sheriff’s Office personnel interspersed with content that appears to be obtained off the Internet or through unknown sources. The Sheriff’s Office did not release any of the documents and/or photographs to the media. The Sheriff’s Office released all of its reports and the photographs as part of the required discovery process to the prosecution and the defense.

I'll reserved judgement for a few days...see what's actually real or not.

If the documents were indeed doctored...I'm requesting the moderators to delete this thread.

If this is indeed true...authorities should go after and prosecute all involved...

I have yet to see a story that it's fake. Is there a link? If it is a fake, somebody did a LOT of work to create the documents I saw.
