    Any Disney Pin Collectors here?

My daughters got into it during our last trip to WDW.

I have been looking on line, some crazy people dropping $$$'s on individual pins.

Anyone here have a ton of commons and want to unload them, let me know.

My oldest got some SUPER RARE pin from a castmember No one on line knows anything about it. It is a real pin from 2006, first edition. She had me put it on eBay to see if she can get more money to buy more pins.

I've got a handful of them. Really trying hard not to get too deep into it because it can be quite a rabbit hole to fall into once you get started collecting. They really do encourage it in a fun way at the parks and on the resort though, by giving you a starter kit and then it compels you to stop and look at the pins that every single Disney employee has at the parks.

In California, there is a twice weekly collectibles market called Frank and Sons that has a few dealers that specialize in Disney (and other) trading pins. Commons can be found for dirt cheap there for as low as a buck or two.
My store in the MEGO MALL!

ive got a biggish bag of these sets somewhere around the house lol lmk if your interested in them and ill dig them out

if i remember right they were a promo set with esso petrol in the uk , minted to mark the opening of disneyland paris or euro disney as it was called before being rebranded a after a couple of years of low attendances ,the opening of the park had been delayed or one of the attractions featured in the pin set wasn't ready to open so the date on the pins was incorrect and they promotion was withdrawn

My kids collect the park pins as well. My 14 year old son's most prized one is actual wings the Monorail pilots wear. They get those when they become a "pilot". Technically that's not the typical the buy/sell/trade pin but it's pretty cool.
