So I'm on my way home from the game...

So yesterday I end up in Boston unexpectedly due to the incompetence of those above me at work. They're actually beneath me but are too dumb to realize it, but that's another story. I stop to see my kid at college and decide to go grab a bite to eat and then take a walk to Fenway Park and see all the new sites, etc. I end up buying two tickets to the game from a scalper and we go in and they lose. Damn. I hate it when I actually have to pay for the tickets and they lose. It just irks me incredibly. When they're free it's not so bad. So as we're walking back to the school so I can get my car,(free parking for Sox games for only $32,000 a year, What a deal!!! I see this black case sitting on the ground. I point it out to my son and he picks it up and bingo!!! An 8MP Canon Cybershot digital camera, 10X zoom and a 2G SD memory card. Woo Hoo!!! Suddenly them losing wasn't so bad. No info on it and not a soul around at 11pm so I gots a new camera. Of course I just bought my wife a Nikon last week for an early Mother's Day gift. SHHHHH Actually it was so she wouldn't use mine, but we won't tell her that. I felt compelled to thank the incompetent one that made it all possible, A Yankee fan of course, so I bought him a 2007 Red Sox World Series Championship banner and hung it up in his office. It feels good to give back when you've received so much. Especially to the little people, and I don't mean midgets.

Yeah Burnett pitched well, but he'll be toast by September. Toronto has no idea how to handle their pitching staff. Halladay has 4 complete games this season. That's ridiculous. When his arm goes south with 3 years left on a contract they'll all be up in arms. In September he'll be getting shelled in the 5th inning because his arm is dragging from pitching 8 innings when he has a 5 run lead in the 7th they still leave him in. Then their bullpen is all rested and when they go to them late in the year after three short outings by the starters the pen is toast cuz they're not used to pitching three days in a row. Burnett has been plagued by injuries, and the Blue Jays mentality will not help him. He truly would have been better off with a staff like the Red Sox. He needs to be treated the way Dice-K was last year. Pitch when he has to but not unnecessarily like with big leads. When Burnett's healthy though he can be as good as any pitcher in the league.

Did you check to see if there where any photos on the camera that could clue you in on who's camera it was? other than that there is no way to tell who's camera it was. Great find.

A winning baseball team still loses 1 out of ever 3 games.

There were some with people in em. Most of them were drinking and taking bong hits,(not kidding) but the majority of them were landscapes and weird stuff, so we figured they were from the Mass school of art. Nobody my son knew recognized any of them. Most of the schools in that area have already let out so there weren't a lot of people left to ask. I was actually in Boston to grab some of his stuff, since I had to be there for work any way, cuz he came home yesterday. That park is well known place for kids to smoke weed. It's kinda off the beaten path and the police don't really go there cuz it's out of the way. They probably were wasted and never realized they left it behind. Just another reason to say no to drugs. We were thinking of going to the admin and seeing if they knew the students, but almost every picture could have gotten at least 3 or 4 of them expelled. "Excuse me, do you recognize the person taking this bong hit? I think I found their camera."

With the bong hits if you turn it into the police the owners would just be arested so your doing them a favor by keeping it.

All the guys in my sons dorm said the same thing. They all would rather have to explain how they lost a camera than explain any of the pictures on it to any one.
