Wonder if any other part of the body could be chopped off
    and then grown back.

Some people have all the luck. I can't even grow my hair back.

I read that article. That powder looks like it might be able to do amazing stuff (eg. allow burn victims' skin to regrow instead of scar). It will be very interesting to see how this develops.

That's nothing. There is this scientist at ESU in NY who has been working on regeneration using Reptilian DNA. He was hoping to grow his own arm back but unfortunately some giant Lizard like creature destroyed his lab.

Yeah I saw that story in the Bugle the other day. Lots of good pics. They should give that photographer they have a raise.

I remember seeing some wild stuff they were doing with mice.

One of them had grown an ear that looked just a human ear that they were hoping could be eventually be used for plastic surgery.

Apparently the other mice in the laboratory shuned him except at partys when they used him as a drinks tray.

They were talking about this pig bladder white powered on some medical show I was watching some time ago. They talked about all sorts of stuff ... one that was cool, was how a fresh spinal fracture with damage to the spinal cord, can be healed with little to no side effects of the break, by injecting epoxy into the person where the break happened

They had one of these scientist they talked to who can grow new human bladders ... his first one he grew was his own ... I guess just in case.

They said they're within 10 years of being able to "rebuild" a persons heart by using a person's own stem cells and growing sheets of heart tissue or even a new heart.

Oh and did you know computer chips can grow brain tissue on them ... not sure how they found that out ... or what they could do with that unless they plan on turning people into Borgs???
