El Rey Network will pay tribute to the legendary heavyweight boxing champion Muhammad Ali on Wednesday, June 8 beginning at 10:00pm ET with a marathon of all 13 episode of the 1977 animated series “I Am the Greatest: The Adventures of Muhammad Ali”. “I am the Greatest: the Adventures of Muhammad Ali” aired on Saturday mornings on NBC in 1977 with voices provided by Ali and his real life publicist Frank Bannister. The series featured The Champ and Bannister travelling around the country fighting crime and solving mysteries – both real and supernatural.

Makes this an all night event. I must say that I am like the channel. They aire reruns of Airwolf, Kight Rider, Human Target (Mark Valley), Constantine, Freddy's Nightmares, Almost Human, Night Visions, Miami Vice, Martial Arts movies, Sci-Fi movies and more.

I am shocked that the condition of this show. It is better than what it was back when it aired. You have to remember that when this aired it was during the antenna days so sometimes you would get good reception and then there were the days you had to use alot of aluminium foil to get some viewing.
