Has anyone tried the Batman or Superman cereal from General Mills?

I bought them both, but so far I've only tasted the Batman cereal. Chocolate strawberry flavor...yummy! Superman is caramel flavored, and I'll try that soon.

I thought the Batman cereal was awful. All I got was a burnt taste. Kind of like when I walked out of the theater.

But seriously, I thought it was about the worst cereal I'd ever tried. Maybe I literally got a box that was scorched?

My wife bought me a box of each. Both were terrible. Not sure which one was worse.

They were both just terrible, simulated flavour.

I had both and I actually really liked Superman's caramel taste, didn't like the Batman choc/strawberry taste so much.

just like the movie. I saw them on clearance at Publix already, replaced on the shelves by Civil War cereal.

Wow....guess I'm in the minority of folks who like them.

Elaine: Oh. it's always simulated....except with George that's in my contract.

George: All right, Kramer that's it.....( pushes the camera) Hello . English. Does anyone speak English

I've been wary of trying any cereal "branded" by a movie since the very first SPIDER-MAN came out in 2002. Movie good. Cereal, meh. The only "movie" related cereal I've bought lately were the big boxes of Kellogg's Corn Flakes in the Age of Ultron boxes that were out last summer. Decent artwork and I know I can always trust a good bowl of corn flakes.
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

Just another sweet cereal. I bought one box of each and really could't tell about the flavor, just that it was sugary like the rest of kids cereal.

On a side note, I still have the Batman 89 cereal box with the bank still wrapped up and in a clear case. I may have to get another BvS Batman box to put beside it.

Haven't tried those flavors, but I saw them at the store. Gimmicky cereal makers made loads of money off my parents and I certainly carried the tradition as an adult depending on what toys were packaged. I stopped buying cereal regularly a few years back probably because I don't drink milk like I used to. Really sucks that I'd been incorrectly informed skim milk was healthier than other milk so I went to almond milk and am now hearing nutritionists like Vinny Tortovich say skim milk is the least healthiest.

As a cereal connoisseur, the Batman was the worst cereal I have ever tasted
