Relic, after the member said he would re-ship the item, has he been active on the Board (posting/responding to posts)?

Mego Maniac Mike is right.....Unfortunately this has to be an issue especially with a fellow member, try just one more time to settle this, if they don't respond, then give out there name so they can be embarrassed, then the rest of us can be aware of them now and in the future.

the MO is familiar. I think we can probably all guess who it is, and if I am right he does always eventually make it right. but that is no excuse the delays

Was supposed to be contacted yesterday with the shipping number, but nothing. I noticed he has lots of other goodies for sale but I will not burned twice. I am giving him until June 1st and then I am outing him. I don't want to do this but other members have spoken to me in private as this seller has done this before supposedly. I hope to report a tracking number etc instead of calling him out. Stay tuned

it's a shame cause this really ruins the buying experience for some buyers in this place..for the most part 99% of sellers here are awesome which is why I use to love to buy and sell here so much...But occasionally this happens once in a while...what gets me it's when it the same seller over and over and over again. He's a decent and good guy but if you don't have the time to ship the item or answer pm's then don't sell..Just my 2 cents

Taking someone's money is entering a binding agreement which also means delivering in time.
And making these kinds of delays your MO doesn't make it right. You shouldn't have to wait a month to get your stuff.
Unless you start your sale with "I will only deliver after a couple of months and will ignore your PMs", of course. Then the buyer is warned.
I'm also fairly sure who it is now.

If it's who I suspect, I learned my lesson a couple of years back, when it took months to receive some EMCE Trek figures I bought from him.
He can sell the contents of his garage to someone else, I'll never buy from him again. The constant excuses and delays are unacceptable.

Wow, that figures, I was wondering if it was the garage sale guy.
