Congrats, Hector. I am going to seriously get off my duff and start climbing up the stairs instead of using the elevator. I work on the sixth floor. I used to be good about it--now I'm just plain lazy.Those who look outside dream. Those who look within awake.

Hector, I'm really finally getting off my duff. Seriously.
Yesterday, I walked up to the sixth floor three times. My body is ready to give up by fourth floor but I know with each day it will only get better.
Today, I have only managed twice but I also did 10 push-ups this morning. I have some more time left in the day so maybe I can make the extra effort and make it three times, the minimum goal for the day.
