I had a "Greek" one once with feta, tomatoes, spinach, olives and gyro meat that was incredible.

9 egg whites, 1 whole egg, lots of green onions, green peppers, cilantro, 4 pieces of crumbled turkey bacon then when done hit it with a small bit of lime juice! Nom nom nom!!!!!!!

This thread made me hungry for an omelet so that was tonight's dinner. made with 6 eggs whites, 1 whole egg, green onions, tomatoes, cilantro, jalopenos, fat free cheddar cheese and sliced avocados. Wow it was so good!!!

Chives yes, lime juice...no. Besides it would make the sour cream curdle.

sweet onion, mushroom, mild sausage, fiesta blend shredded cheese and ham with three whole scrambled eggs, salt and pepper then put the whole thing in a floured tortilla for a breakfast burrito, yum yum!!
