Even though I'm allergic to whole milk, I do this now. (usually when I'm low on milk). I've had it on my cereal straight, but I prefer to mix it w/ water to get a more milk-like consistency.

Just thought of another thing I did a few times.

I always loved plain Capn Crunch.

My mom used to have a nut shreader with a crank handle.

I would put Capn Crunch in it and get it down to a powdery material.

      I would then add milk.

After it was fully saturated it had a consistency of heavy wet sand.

With this method I was able to fit at least 4 bowls of cereal in one little coffee cup

My ma never caught me but I know what she'd say if she did, -- are you trying for fattest kid in school

Wasn't into medicine or anything like that but I do remember swiping chunks of hardened brown sugar at times to snack on.

For me,it was Luden cough drops. And forget about taking them to school. As soon as kids found out you had them, they would have the box empty in about 10 minutes. We use to go through those things like they were candy.

Still love me some Luden's cough drops, although there's no real medicinal value to them. I find that they do keep my mouth and throat from drying out so much in the climate-controlled building I work in, so I still have my Luden's excuse! LOL!
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

Man, powdered Cap'n Crunch would probably be pretty good over some vanilla ice cream along with some warm, caramel sauce. Gonna have to try that.

This doesn't really qualify as a "no-no," but I do use crushed up Cap'n Crunch (or it's generic equivalent) to coat chicken. Mix it with some Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs, some salt and black pepper and some ground chipotle or cayenne pepper and you get a really good, crunchy, slightly sweet and mildly spicy crust on your chicken. Tasty stuff!

Chocolate drink mix powder, didn't matter if it was Nestles, hersheys or whatever, even hot coco mix, straight to the mouth by the spoonful, even now if i am in need of a chocolate fix and don't have anything else to satisfy it, a spoonful of hot coco mix will do
