Adding Gauge Pods to your car

When I first bought my Challenger in 2010 there was a section on the Dodge Website that featured all the Mopar accessories you could add to it. One was dual pod gauges for the A-Pillar. Before I could buy it, it got pulled; turns out it interfered with the air-bag system. Years later I find out that Razor's Edge has created an overhead gauge pod for Challengers. Ordered it and found a local place that would order/install some custom SRT made gauges. Went with Oil Temp and Fuel PSI.

Has anyone else added gauges to your vehicle?

use to have it on my 240sx and 300zx TT ...Haven't put them in my Mustang yet and not sure if I will this time. When you put the side pods you have to drill holes on that side thingy. Those look awesome, but man that location is a little weird , it should be in a spot where you can see it at all times i would think , at least i always enjoyed looking at mine as I drove

I agree on the actual gauges, sweet...but I also agree with Damon on the positioning of the gauges, the location is a bit unorthodox.

Ha! unorthodox a spot it is, but I'm kinda limited on where to install them. Don't want those things flying at my dome, so the A-Pilar is out of the question. The only other place I've seen them go on a Challenger is on top of the dash. A little too extreme for my taste.

But hey, I didn't say your placement was bad...just unorthodox...but it's not bad...just gotta get used to it...not bad actually, already kinda growing on me...
