i sell dvd's on ioffer and once a month they automatically take their fees from my credit card.the other day i received a message saying my fees were overdue they said they couldn't verify my card which i have been using on there for 2 years.i went to the bank to see if there was a problem with my credit card which there wasn't.they said it must be a fault on ioffer.i have emailed them 4 times to explain this and they have not replied.they will close my account if the fees are not paid but it is down to a fault with them not me.has anyone else had this kind of problem with them.

You positive it's actually emails from ioffer and not spam fishing for credit numbers
Hmm if it's legit is the expiration date of your card on file with them current? You can also change the card ( if you have another you can use) this time around and see if that works"What motivated him to throw a puppy at the Hells Angels is currently unclear,"

I had a similar issue many many year ago with either ebay or AOL. I just swapped out the card they had a problem with and used another. Problem went away and then the following month changed it back to the original card and everything was fine again"What motivated him to throw a puppy at the Hells Angels is currently unclear,"
