I checked the tracking today and all it says is that it was received at MY post office. It is almost like it is still there? Ever happen to any of you guys?

In the Southeast Pacific, lies the sunken city of R'Leyh. There lies C'thulhu waits to return to our world with the other Great Old Ones. A hideous creature of enormous size and alien power, it waits for it's time to return patiently. For it has all the time in the world while it waits for the stars.

It has to do with the barcoding.

Everytime a package moves from one place to another, a barcoding scanner should be used to track every package from beginning to end but oftentimes, the postal employee forgets to scan the item so it will show the receiving location and that's it.

USPS is notorius for this but in my experience this is something that UPS and FedEx does well (possibly because they track every single package) so there is know thought process that has to take place.
