Send him a letter full of Glitter...he'll be picking that stuff up for years.

Or as Toystaker said it might just be a bad case of lost post etc...
in that case forget the Glitter Trick...keep that one for your Boss.

      Online theft!

For a few weeks thats what i thought, but he responds oh they are being mailed tomorrow, but for weeks now. And now he only responds to my fake e-mails under another name i have. Also still sells to some other people i know. I guess theres a reason, but doesnt seem like a good one. His website is also still up & running with the same contact info that i have. I did get some cool stuff from him in the past, never an issue. But back then i paid by paypal. One time i send cash and this happens!

maybe the discs got lost? stolen? or trashed by customs

ive been selling toys for over 20 years, around 5 of them have been on ebay, out of the probably thousands of toys ive sold over the years dont think i havent had my goods go missing or stolen while in the hands of various postal and airmail services... ive never once conned anyone, but typically the buyer automaticly assumes that the seller has not sent!

at any one time here in the uk there are millions of undelivered items lying around in warehouses, lost, stolen, and undelivered

as we speak right now i have 20 odd items out there in post land... whats the odds that 1 of them fails to arrive... with todays post service im supprised that any arrive.
another thing is the in-side theft, especially around christmas/holiday time, i know for a fact! as i knew someone who used to steal ps2, nintendo wii consoles and other goods and sell them on the black market.

maybe the guy has been done for selling fake goods? maybe he has forgottton to send, being in that line of business you always in need to change email and paypal details on the regular perhaps he has not got your messages and is none the wiser that your goods are missing... the possibilitys are endless

anyways there are many related forums that specialise in that type of activity, you dont have to use ebay

He wouldn't happen to be a seller of movie serials would he?
